Behind the facade

Do our lives have a back-end? Washing pants, pulling out nose hairs, squeezing spots… a lot of the stuff that keeps us running isn’t stuff we want to share. And I reckon deciding what to buy often fits into this category.

Facebook and all the rest feel like they’re more to do with our front-ends.

Are a lot of brands trying to be part of the wrong conversation? Why don’t they help us out with the back-end instead?
